Hydraulic Test Units

Autonomous portable systems with pneumatic control

Hydraulic Test Units

Hydraulic Test Units are fully autonomous, portable systems with pneumatic control. These units are easy to operate and install. To start operation, only a compressed air supply and connection to the test object are required.

Operating features:

  1. Easy adjustment of the air pressure regulator allows precise setting of the working fluid outlet pressure.
  2. The pump automatically maintains pressure throughout the operating cycle, once the required level is reached.

Applications:

  1. Pressure testing of equipment: these units are used for pressure testing various devices and systems.
  2. Hydraulic pressure testing: used to verify the tightness and reliability of connections.
  3. Powering hydraulic tools used in tensioning jack systems: applied in construction and industrial applications.
  4. Prestressing systems for reinforced concrete structures: essential for structural safety and strength.
  5. Presses and hydroforming: used in the production and processing of materials.

These units are used in the following industries: oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, automotive, defense, food processing, power generation, shipbuilding, and aerospace.

Test fluids:

  • №1: Mineral oils, kerosene, 5% water-oil emulsion.
  • №2: Diesel fuel, industrial water (a 100-micron filtration system is recommended).
  • №3: Fire-resistant fluids based on phosphate esters (e.g., Pydraul, Lindol, Cellulube, Fyrquil, and Houghtosafe 1120), as well as mineral solvents compatible with UHMWPE dynamic seals and FKM static seals (fluoroelastomer, known as Viton).
  • №4: Mineral solvents (e.g., boron-containing fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons), chlorinated solvents, mercaptans, fluorinated solvents, and mildly aggressive acids.
  • №5: Skydrol and aviation fluids, acetone, and certain alcohols (ethyl, methyl, and isopropyl). Also compatible with these fluids when the static Viton seals are replaced.
  • №6: Deionized water; demineralized water.

Heavy-duty test units

Stand for flushing and pressure testing of shipboard hydraulic equipment, including deck cranes.
Stand for flushing and pressure testing of marine hydraulic equipment, including deck cranes.

These test pump units are ready-to-use and designed for heavy-duty operation. They can operate both indoors and outdoors, even in harsh environmental conditions. These units are used to perform on-site pressure testing of equipment.

These units are used in the following industries: defense, oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, food processing, power generation, and shipbuilding.

Compact test units

Compact test units

These units are designed to supply working fluid to test or process equipment.

Configurations:

  1. Stationary version:
    • These units are equipped with support legs and mounting holes for anchoring to a foundation.
  2. Mobile version:
    • These units are mounted on a wheeled frame, which ensures their mobility. They can be moved around as required.
  3. Enclosed mobile version:
    • These units are mounted on a wheeled frame and equipped with a protective metal enclosure. This provides additional safety and protection from external influences.
