Hydraulic Power Units for Lubrication Systems

Key function

These units are designed to supply low- and high-pressure fluid to the lubrication points of industrial and mobile equipment. They incorporate all components and functions required for reliable and efficient lubrication of industrial facilities and mobile machinery.

Operating principle

  • An electric motor drives the low-pressure pump.
  • The lubricating fluid is filtered and fed into the high-pressure pump.
  • The lubricating fluid is directed through a check valve into the high-pressure line, where it is distributed to the lubrication points equipped with metering units.
  • Excess lubricant may be collected in a manifold, filtered, and returned to the main tank. This process may be fully automated or manual, depending on the system design.

Industrial applications

  • Cement, alumina, and building materials production.
  • Mills, crushers, granulators, sintering and firing furnaces, apron conveyors, elevators, and packaging machines.
  • Pulp and paper mills.
  • Steel casting and rolling mills, steelmaking equipment.
  • Power plants (liquid lubricant supply to turbine bearing assemblies).
  • Glass, textile, and food industries, quarry machines and equipment.
  • Centralized lubrication systems for construction and mining machinery.
