Hydraulic Power Units for Group Hydraulic Supply

Centralized Hydraulic Power Units

Hydraulic Pump Modules

Hydraulic Pump Modules (HPM) can be equipped with hydraulic equipment to meet a defined range of operating requirements. The HPM design is modular and can be supplemented with additional hydraulic components in accordance with specific customer technical requirements.

Applications

Hydraulic Pump Modules with adjustable flow are designed for individual and group supply of hydraulic actuators used in presses and forging complexes, rolling mills, electric arc and ore-thermal furnaces, casting machines, hydraulic manipulators, and other industrial equipment.

Modular design concept

The modular design concept of the Hydraulic Pump Modules (HPM) enables both discrete and proportional distribution of the working fluid in any required configuration. The design also allows multiple control valves to be mounted on each pump, providing built-in system redundancy and ensuring fast access for maintenance, repair, or replacement of failed components — all without shutting down the entire hydraulic system.

Composition

Pump module

The Pump Module includes one or more hydraulic units (axial piston pump with an integrated pressure regulator and electric motor).

Pressure regulator

The pressure regulator integrated into the pump maintains a constant pressure by adjusting the pump output within the preset displacement range.

Hydraulic tank

The hydraulic tank is designed to supply all installed pumps simultaneously. It is equipped with a filtration system incorporating a contamination-level monitoring device for the filter element and, when required, a cooling system with temperature control based on a hydraulic oil temperature sensor.

Manifold block

The manifold block is designed to supply the working fluid from the pumps to the hydraulic actuators. Each manifold section is equipped with a relief valve protecting the hydraulic lines from overpressure, and two check valves connected to the pressure lines of the hydraulic pumps. The sections contain channels that combine the flows from the hydraulic pumps and direct them to a lateral machined surface where the adapter plate is mounted. Directional control valves for the actuators are installed on this plate. The manifold block also includes gauges for monitoring the hydraulic return and pressure lines.
