High-Pressure Hydraulic Power Units — 0 to 100 MPa (0 to 1000 bar)

Two-stage hydraulic power units with manual control

Two-Stage Hydraulic Power Units with Manual Control
  • Rated tank capacity: 5 — 100 L
  • Rated flow
    • First stage: 3 — 25 L/min
    • Second stage: 0.2 — 4 L/min
  • Rated pressure
    • First stage: 6 — 16 MPa
    • Second stage: 6 — 70 MPa
  • Electric motor power: 0.25 — 5.0 kW

These units are designed to supply hydraulic power to high-pressure industrial hydraulic tools with single-acting or double-acting operation.

They are equipped with a two-stage pump, which helps to reduce operation time.

The standard configuration includes a pressure gauge, relief valve, return-line filter, temperature sensor, and fluid level indicator.

Two-stage hydraulic power units deliver increased flow at low pressure, which boosts the no-load speed of the hydraulic tool and reduces the overall cycle time.

Single-stage hydraulic power units with electric control

Single-Stage Hydraulic Power Units with Electric Control
  • Rated tank capacity: 5 — 100 L
  • Rated flow: 0.2 — 10 L/min
  • Electric motor power: 0.25 — 11 kW
  • Rated operating pressure: 70 MPa

These units are designed to supply hydraulic power to high-pressure industrial hydraulic tools with single-acting or double-acting operation. Here are some of the characteristics:

Control: The hydraulic flow is remotely controlled using a handheld pushbutton pendant or a remote foot pedal. Depending on the type of directional control valve, the unit can pressurize the actuator, release pressure, or block the return/pressure lines. Upon request, it can be equipped with a wireless control module (radio remote).

Pump: The single-stage pump delivers working fluid to the actuator at a fixed flow rate, regardless of the load.

Configuration: In the standard configuration, the units are equipped with a pressure gauge, a relief valve (preset to 70 ± 1.5 MPa), a return-line filter, a temperature sensor, and a pushbutton control pendant.

Testing: Hydraulic power units undergo testing before shipment to verify compliance with the technical parameters specified in the product certificate. They are supplied fully filled with oil and complete with a spare parts kit.

These units ensure reliable and efficient operation of hydraulic systems.

Single-stage hydraulic power units are well suited for operations such as pressure testing. Their ability to maintain a constant oil flow rate, regardless of pressure, ensures reliable and efficient performance.
