Deck Knuckle Boom Crane for Project 22800 Small Missile Ships («Karakurt»)

Izhora Hydrosystems LLC has equipped the second «Karakurt» with the IM150M deck knuckle boom crane

Amur Shipbuilding Plant is preparing to install the domestic IM150M deck knuckle boom crane on the Project 22800 small missile ship «Udomlya». This is the second of four cranes ordered from Izhora Hydrosystems for the vessels currently under construction in this series.

The level of localization of the crane’s components and main materials reaches 90–95%.

"This crane had to be developed as a domestic alternative in order to meet the modern requirements set by the Ministry of Defense for this type of equipment. We have localized approximately 90–95% of the components and main materials".

Amur Shipbuilding Plant is constructing a series of four Project 22800 small missile ships: «Rzhev», «Udomlya», «Shtorm», and «Uragan». Two of them have already left the workshop and are undergoing outfitting at the quay.
